Rural Action Debyshire is recruiting staff for W2W North Durham

RAD is recruiting 2 part time posts in North Durham  

Project Officer - 21 hours, NJC point 28 - £24,717 pro rata

 

Project Assistant - 14 hours. NJC point 21 - £19,939 pro rata

 

Contracts to 31st March 2018 with the possibility of extension subject to funding

 

Based in Bullion Hall, Chester Le Street – additional travel involved

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in setting up and operating a new transport scheme in the Chester-le-Street, Stanley and Mid-Durham areas of County Durham which makes a real difference to people’s lives. Wheels to Work helps people overcome transport barriers in order to access work or training, primarily through the loan of mopeds. Wheels to Work North Durham is looking to recruit two staff members to deal with enquiries from potential clients and from referral agencies, and to carry out the day-to-day administration and finance of the scheme.

The successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate good organisational as well as interpersonal skills.
